Celebrating the Minnesotan music icon in style
The late Artist is remembered in this star-studded tribute concert, in his home city. Stevie Wonder is joined by a host of fabulously talented music stars including Christina Aguilera, Chaka Khan and John Mayer, as they pay tribute to one of music's most iconic stars, who died this April. Since then, the music world has poured tributes to the eclectic musician, with the likes of Beyonce and the Dixie Chicks covering his songs whilst performing on their respective tours. A must-see for fans of the trailblazing performer, be prepared to cheer and shed some tears at what is expected to be an outstanding show.
In addition, Madonna and Wonder joined forces to perform Nothing Compares 2 U and Purple Rain at the Grammy Awards, and BET was instrumental in recognizing Prince as an icon of black music at its awards ceremony with the help of Sheila E., The Roots, Erykah Badu, Janelle Monae, Maxwell, Bilal, Tori Kelly and Wonder and his ex-wife Marcia Gayte, who all paid tribute.
