This indie supergroup tour support of their collaborative album
As supergroups go, this one ain't bad. Sometime New Pornographer and acclaimed singer songwriter Neko Case, Country stalwart K.D. Lang and whipsmart indie artist Laura Veirs.
Recorded over the course of two years, case/lang/veirs is a gorgeous collaborative record from this talented trio. A wealth of subtle tunes and fantastic harmonies, it includes the lead single 'Atomic Number'. The recording was brought about by a simple email from Lang to the others - "we should make a record together". Now Neko Case, KD Lang and Laura Veirs are hitting the road, playing cuts from the record alongside some choice solo material.
